An NSF REU site in Duquesne University's Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry that deliberately pairs experimental and computational work. Projects span theoretical chemistry, machine learning, synthetic chemistry, mechanistic studies, novel energy materials, surface chemistry, biophysics and biochemistry, with training on advanced instrumentation and on scientific writing and speaking alongside the research.
