The Homeland Security Professional Opportunities for Student Workforce to Experience Research (HS-POWER) program, sponsored by the DHS Science and Technology Directorate and administered by ORISE, is a 10-week paid summer internship. Undergraduate and graduate students are matched with DHS components including CISA, TSA, CBP, and S&T to conduct research in homeland-security-relevant STEM disciplines. Applicants must be U.S. citizens enrolled full-time in a U.S. institution.
