A summer REU at the University of Colorado Boulder run jointly with JILA, running May 26 to July 31 in 2026. Undergraduates are paired with faculty for research spanning essentially all fields of physics. Alongside individual lab work, the programme has previously included workshops on ethics in STEM and getting into graduate school, hands-on electronics and machining classes, lab tours and a weekly science seminar series, closing with a day of student research presentations.
