MCM/ICM is an international mathematical modeling contest run by COMAP for teams of up to three high school or undergraduate students. Over a contest weekend, teams choose one of six open-ended real-world problems to analyze, model, solve and present in a written report. It emphasizes teamwork, applied mathematics and technical communication.
