A Phi Theta Kappa award funded by the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, giving up to $1,000 to new PTK members to defray educational expenses while they complete an associate degree. Applicants must be PTK members in good standing, currently enrolled in at least six semester credits of associate degree coursework, have completed 12 to 36 semester credits by 31 January of the application year, hold a GPA of 3.50 or higher, have no prior associate or bachelor's degree, carry no suspension or disciplinary record, and meet residency requirements for federal financial aid. It is aimed at students early in a two-year programme rather than at the point of transfer.
