A long-running organisation supporting women entering and staying in the skilled construction and industrial trades, built around a community of tradeswomen, industry allies and advocates. Its work spans pre-apprenticeship training that prepares women for the trades entrance process and physical demands, retention and advocacy support for women already working in the trades, and technical assistance to employers, unions and apprenticeship programmes on recruiting and retaining tradeswomen.
