Chevron organises its student internships by discipline, spanning engineering, earth science/geoscience, technology, finance and operations. Engineering interns work on marketing, exploration, production or refinery projects alongside practising engineers, with U.S. placements including Bakersfield, Brea, El Segundo, Richmond and San Ramon, California. Earth science internships target master's and doctoral students in geology, geophysics or geological engineering. Selected interns may receive full-time offers at the end of the placement.
