The UK government's international awards programme, funding one-year master's degrees at UK universities for emerging leaders from around the world. Awards are fully funded, covering tuition, a living stipend, travel and other allowances, so that scholars can concentrate on their studies and professional goals. Any subject is eligible, including engineering, computer science, environmental science and other STEM disciplines, and eligibility includes a work-experience requirement. Variants exist for Small Island Developing States (Chevening SIDS) and for ASEAN member nations (Chevening ASEAN). Applications for the current cycle are open.
