C2QA QIS 101: Foundations of Quantum Information Science

Official Website bnl.gov

About This Program

A six-week virtual summer school from the Co-design Center for Quantum Advantage (C2QA), the Department of Energy quantum research centre led by Brookhaven National Laboratory, introducing undergraduates, graduate students, recent graduates and educators to quantum information science and engineering. C2QA runs a ladder of related offerings around it: a four-day introductory virtual workshop, a 300-level self-study tutorial series on topics such as quantum characterisation and error mitigation aimed at advanced undergraduates through early-career scientists, and a monthly Quantum Thursdays lecture series. Brookhaven separately hosts DOE's SULI, Community College Internship and Visiting Faculty programmes.
