A registered apprenticeship from BioFabUSA, the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute's Manufacturing USA institute, training technicians for the biofabrication and regenerative medicine industry. The structure is two months of classroom and hands-on instruction followed by a year of paid on-the-job training with an employer, roughly 14 months in total. Apprentices receive a monthly stipend during the classroom phase and full-time compensation with health insurance and vacation during the on-the-job year, and the programme carries no tuition cost. Candidates must be 18 or older, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship. Classes are held in person at partner colleges, with the institute based at the Technology Center in Manchester, New Hampshire.
