The ASCE Concrete Canoe Competition, nicknamed the 'America's Cup of Civil Engineering,' challenges civil engineering student chapters to design and build a canoe from concrete and compete on mix design, technical reporting, project management and racing. Teams advance from regional ASCE student symposia to the society-wide Civil Engineering Student Championships.
