The American Society for Cell Biology's Committee for Postdocs and Students awards up to US$1,000 to support science outreach projects. Current ASCB members may apply, with priority given to student and postdoc members. Applications require a detailed event description, a CV highlighting outreach experience, an itemised budget with justifications, a documentation plan and an acknowledgement strategy for ASCB funding. The grant cannot fund alcohol, honorariums, salaries or monetary prizes, and recipients must submit a blog post about their event for the ASCB website.
