The Indiana chapter of the American Public Works Association funds graduating high school seniors from Indiana who will enrol at an accredited institution as degree-seeking undergraduates in engineering, public works administration, public relations, finance or another field within public works. Part-time and full-time study both qualify. Public works is one of the larger skilled-technical employers of civil and environmental engineering graduates, and the chapter publishes its past recipients alongside the current application form.
