The master's-level companion to Chile's national doctoral scholarship, awarded by ANID's Capital Humano subdirectorate. It funds master's study in programmes accredited under Chilean Law 20.129 and taught by Chilean universities, for a maximum of two years from the start of the programme. Programmes in business, finance and marketing are explicitly excluded from the competition, which keeps the award oriented toward research and technical disciplines. Calls run on an academic-year cycle and are published on ANID's concursos pages.
