Two $7,500 scholarships awarded by American Airlines and administered through Women in Aviation International, for students enrolled in an aviation maintenance (A&P) programme or a degree in aviation maintenance technology. Candidates are evaluated on academic standing, personal accomplishments, teamwork, leadership skills, and community service involvement. Applicants must meet WAI's scholarship requirements and guidelines, hold a GPA of 3.0 or higher, be enrolled in an accredited U.S. maintenance programme, and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The current application window runs July 1 to October 15, 2026.
