Australian Institute of Physics
An annual medal from the Australian Institute of Physics for the most outstanding Honours or Masters thesis in physics by a student at an Australian university. It is the coursework-and-Honours counterpart to the AIP's Bragg Gold Medal for PhD theses. The AIP also runs state-level student prizes, such as the AIP NSW Postgraduate medal competition in which each NSW university nominates a physics postgraduate, and offers student travel awards to student members.
