Aims Community College
A 60-credit Associate of Applied Science at the Aims Community College Windsor campus in Colorado, built from three stackable UAS certificates. Students train on fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, beyond visual line of sight operations, UAS data management, aircraft design and fabrication, maintenance, federal aviation regulations, aviation meteorology and crew resource management, and prepare for the FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate. The campus has three UAS labs plus an outdoor launch and operations facility, and a paid UAS operations internship places students on commercial projects.
