Stipend-paid internships at the US Air Force Research Laboratory, administered by the Universities Space Research Association (USRA), open to upper-level high school students and to undergraduate and graduate university students pursuing STEM degrees. Interns work hands-on with full-time AFRL scientists and engineers on research-based projects, and the site publishes locations, research topics, stipend levels, eligibility and security requirements plus mentor biographies. USRA runs it alongside AFRL Scholars Professionals for postdoctoral fellows and the University Research and Engagement Program (UREP).
