African School of Physics
ASP is a biennial school, begun in 2010, that promotes physics as an engine for development in Africa, with programs for university students, secondary school students and teachers, and an alumni mentorship program. The 9th school (ASP2026) was held at the University of Nairobi, Kenya, in July 2026. The ASP also organizes the biennial African Conference on Fundamental Physics and Applications, with ACP2027 planned for Zambia.
