U.S. Army Educational Outreach Program (AEOP)
The paid research arm of the Army Educational Outreach Program, placing high school students, undergraduates, graduate students and postdocs in U.S. Army research laboratories and partner university labs. Participants conduct work in fields including cybersecurity, energetics, biology and materials science alongside a professional STEM mentor, with networking, training and lifetime alumni access. Positions are competitive and require an AEOP account with a resume and transcript. This is the umbrella that replaced the separately branded URAP and College Qualified Leaders pages; AEOP's competition and enrichment programmes such as GEMS, eCYBERMISSION and JSHS are listed separately.
