The American Bryological and Lichenological Society offers field research grants of up to $1,000 each: the Anderson & Crum Grants for bryology fieldwork and the Culberson & Hale Grants for lichenology fieldwork. Applicants (or their faculty advisor) must be current ABLS members; funds primarily support field travel.
